QueYou ships all of our delicious, tender meats with complete reheating instructions, but if you’ve lost the card, or it’s been damaged, there’s no need to fret! It’s a simple matter to reheat your beef ribs, pork ribs or pulled pork and have an incredible meal.

Charcoal or Gas Grill Reheating Instructions

(We DO NOT recommend using a Big Green Egg smoker or any other type of smoker, as it reduces the moisture content in the meat)

  1. Preheat the grill to medium

  2. Remove meat from packaging

  3. Place meat on two sheets of foil

  4. Wrap tightly

  5. Heat on grill for 15 to 20 minutes

  6. Add our Hot Bar-B-Que Nectar or Sweet Apple Bourbon Sauce and enjoy!

Oven Reheating Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees

  2. Remove meat from packaging

  3. Place meat on two sheets of foil

  4. Wrap tightly

  5. Place in oven on middle rack (foil packet should be placed directly on the oven rack)

  6. Heat for 30 minutes if thawed

  7. If frozen, add 45 minutes to 1 hour

  8. Open foil and apply Hot Bar-B-Que Nectar or Sweet Apple Bourbon Sauce

  9. Cook an additional 10 minutes

(Note: For “dry” style, open foil and cook for up to an additional 5 minutes)

Microwave Reheating Instructions

  1. Cut several small slits in plastic packaging

  2. Microwave at 50% power for 9 to 12 minutes (depending on the wattage of your microwave) – meat should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees

  3. Cut bag end and place meat on a plate

  4. Enjoy!

(Note: Microwave cooking times are variable due to wattage differences – always cook to temperature)

Reheating instructions for Candy Bacon

  1. Place on a tray

  2. Place in hot oven for 2-3 minutes ONLY

  3. Otherwise put on a BBQ for a few seconds on each side

(Note: You can reheat our pulled pork on the grill – just place it in a foil pan and cook over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes)

Reheating instructions for Oink Balls

  1. Reheat the same way as all the other meat.
